Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ensolve ("Ensolve," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit ensolve.ai (the "Site"), interact with the Ensolve AI assistant, or contact us about our AI implementation services. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Scope and updates
This policy applies to all information collected through the Site, the Ensolve AI assistant, our contact and booking forms, and communications between you and Ensolve. It applies to website visitors and prospective clients, whether or not you become a customer. We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised policy on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
2. Information we collect
A. Information you provide
When you submit our contact or booking form, or have a conversation with the Ensolve AI assistant, we collect the information you choose to share, which may include:
- Your name, company, email address, and phone number (phone is optional)
- Details about your business that you describe, such as what it does, its rough size and industry, the problem you want to solve, your current tools or process, your goals, and your timeline
- Any message or other information you choose to send us
B. Ensolve AI assistant data
The Site includes a conversational assistant ("Ensolve AI"). When you use it, we collect and store the messages you submit, a structured summary of your business and the problem you describe, conversation history, timestamps, and session identifiers. We use this to continue the conversation, prepare a short review of where AI could fit in your business, follow up with you, and operate and improve our Services. Please do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive or confidential information, including the personal information of other people, through the assistant.
C. Log and usage data
We automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type and version, and device information
- Pages visited, links clicked, and features used
- Referring URLs, access times, and session duration
We use this data for security, troubleshooting, analytics, and to operate and improve the Site.
D. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your session, measure traffic, and understand how the Site is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Site may not function properly without them.
E. Analytics and advertising data
We use analytics and conversion measurement tools, including Google analytics and tag management and the Meta pixel and Conversions API, to understand how visitors find and use the Site and to measure and improve our advertising. This may involve identifiers, page interactions, advertising click identifiers (such as gclid and fbclid), and attribution parameters tied to the campaign, ad, or page that brought you to us.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and prepare for a call with you
- Operate the Ensolve AI assistant and prepare a review of where AI could fit in your business
- Operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site and our Services
- Measure and improve our marketing and advertising
- Communicate with you about your inquiry, a scheduled call, and our services
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
- Comply with our legal obligations
You can opt out of optional marketing communications at any time. We may still send you messages related to an inquiry or a call you requested.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Site and our business:
A. Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics that process information on our behalf and under our instructions.
B. AI infrastructure providers
The Ensolve AI assistant relies on third-party AI infrastructure to generate responses. The messages and information you submit to the assistant are sent to these providers solely to produce responses for you and are not used by them to train their models.
C. Advertising and analytics platforms
We share limited data with Google and Meta to measure and optimize our advertising and to understand Site traffic. These platforms process data under their own privacy policies.
D. Legal and safety
We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Ensolve or others, or to prevent fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
E. Business transfers
We may share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We retain inquiry, lead, and Ensolve AI conversation data for as long as needed to respond to you, prepare for and follow up on a call, and operate and improve our Services, and as required by law. Log and analytics data is retained for a limited period for security and analytics. You may request deletion of your personal information as described below, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
6. Data security
We protect information using industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to receive a copy of it, to opt out of marketing communications, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our contact page. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where the law allows or requires it.
8. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, the right to request deletion or correction, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Submit requests through our contact page.
9. Visitors in the EEA and UK
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, and to take steps at your request before entering into a relationship. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Submit requests through our contact page.
10. International transfers
We operate in the United States. If you use the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. We rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers where required.
11. AI output and data accuracy
The Ensolve AI assistant and other automated features generate responses and summaries using AI, and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. These outputs are informational only. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. We provide the assistant and the Site on an "as is" basis and disclaim warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output.
12. External links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
13. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ensolve disclaims all liability arising from or related to the collection, processing, storage, or disclosure of information as described in this policy, except to the extent caused by Ensolve's willful misconduct or gross negligence. Without limiting this, Ensolve is not liable for any incident originating from a third-party provider (including hosting, analytics, advertising, email, or AI infrastructure providers), for inaccuracies in AI-generated output, or for your failure to comply with laws applicable to your use of the Site. This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
